Division Bell
Ingredients
- 1½ oz. mezcal, such as Del Maguey Vida
- ¾ oz. Aperol
- ½ oz. maraschino liqueur
- ¾ oz. fresh lime juice
- 1 grapefruit twist
Instructions
- Shake mezcal, Aperol, maraschino liqueur, and lime juice together with ice. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Express the oils from a grapefruit peel over the top of the drink and discard.
