Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped fresh spinach
- 1/4 cup chopped asparagus
- 1/2 cup chopped red and orange bell pepper
- 2 tablespoons fresh corn kernels
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh basil leaves
- 1/4 avocado
- 4 ounces grilled tofu, chicken, or fish
