Ingredients

  • 2 medium carrots, diced
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
  • 2-inch piece fresh ginger, peeled and roughly chopped
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 teaspoon ground turmeric
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 cup water

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine all of the ingredients and process until smooth.
